Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellation before review completion: Available anytime (no refund needed as payment has not been made)
• Application rejected: Automatically cancelled (no refund needed as payment has not been made)
• After payment, before ad display starts: Full refund available
• After ad display starts: No refund (including partial campaign completion)

*Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through PayPal to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 5-10 business days.
